X線位置決めシステムX-ray Volume Imaging（XVI）
IGRT用リニアックElekta Synergyのガントリ部に装備されているXVIは、kV電圧を利用して画像を撮影するX線位置決めシステムである。2D単撮影や2D連続（透視）撮影に加えコーンビームCT技術による3Dボリューム撮影も可能で、臨床情報も含めた位置合わせをサポートする。軟部組織まで判別できるので、正確な位置決めによりIMRTやSRTなどの高精度治療の実現に役立つ。
