最適な冠動脈CTAを実践する為 に必要な造影知識

冠動脈CTAの成功のカギは、心拍コントロールと良好な造影コントラストを得ることである。不整脈患者などでは この両方が困難となり苦手意識をもたれる難しい症例である。本稿ではこのような症例に対処する技術とノウハウ についてこれまでの経験を踏まえて述べる。
In the coronary CTA, it is important to obtain high contrast eff ect and heart rate control. However, there are diffi cult cases such as arrhythmia patients. I will explain the technique of coronary CTA using the 64 or 256 MDCT in this paper.
