参加型遠隔画像診断の使用経験
Use experience of participation type remote image diagnosis

昨今、X線装置の高性能化により読影医の負担が急激に増加している。当院では放射線科専門医の負担軽減策として、それまで同医師が担当していた健診業務を放射線科で代替することとなった。そこで、担当診療放射線技師が一次読影を行う遠隔読影システムを導入した。本システムは遠隔読影でも読影の補助が可能で、担当診療放射線技師の意識向上に繋がる極めて有用なものであった。
In recent years,the burden on radiologists has been rapidly increasing as a result of improved performance of X-ray devices.To alleviate such a burden our radiologists have to bear,we decided to have our department of radiology do regular checkup tasks of which our radiologists had been in charge.Therefore,we introduced a teleradiology system that radiological technologists can perform primary image reading.This teleradiology system,which features image reading support,greatly helps to raise awareness of radiological technologists.
