検診マンモグラムのモニタ診断化の企画と現実

マンモグラフィ(MG)のモニタ診断化は、撮影装置・読影用ワークステーション・レポーティングシステムの組み立
てにより行われる。その利便性を活用するには、施設全体のPACS (Picture Archiving and Communication
System)や医療情報システムと上手く連携させる必要がある。巡回型検診の外部読影委託では、その関連付けに
様々な困難がある。
Converting from film-based mammography (MG) to filmless one is carried out by constructing digital
MG system, reading workstation and reporting system. In onder to take advantage of filmless operation,
it is required that the MG system is adequately linked with each facility’s whole PACS and medical
information system. In case of mobile screening and its outsourced interpretation, there are many
difficulties in the relation between an individual workstation and its parent facility under PACS.
