救急診療における放射線科医・IVR医の役割

昨今の画像診断技術およびInterventional Radiology（IVR）の目覚ましい発展に伴い、放射線科医師・IVR
医の活躍の場は飛躍的に拡がっている。救急診療においても例外ではなく、難解な症例の画像診断を始め、外傷
や危機的産科出血、消化管出血など出血に対する止血術、上腸間膜動脈血栓塞栓症のような血管閉塞に対する血
管内治療、膿瘍に対するドレナージなど、放射線科医・IVR医は救急診療に欠かせない診療科となっている。本稿で
は、救急診療において放射線科医師・IVR医がどのように関わっていくべきか、その役割について述べる。
The diagnostic imaging and Interventional Radiology had been widely spread as these technique
developed. Thus, the Radiologists and Interventional Radiologists became a strong influence on
emergency medicine (e.g. diagnostic imaging; transcatheter arterial embolization for traumatic or
intrinsic hemorrhage; thrombolysis for thrombosis of the SMA; percutaneous drainage for abscess). In
this article, the role and means of interaction with emergency medicine of Radiologists and
Interventional Radiologists are discussed.
