DRLの解説と展望

我が国の診断参考レベル(Diagnostic reference level：DRL)がリリースされてから早くも1年半になろうと
している。DRLは放射線診断における防護の最適化のツールとして用いるものである。その目的を達成するため
には、DRLについて正しく理解し、正しく運用していただくことが重要である。本稿ではDRLの解説ならびに今後
の展望を中心にして述べることにする。
Japanese diagnostic reference levels (Japan DRLs 2015) has been released in June,2015.Although
one and a half years from the release has passed,there is a situation that has not been sufficiently
recognized for the presence and intentions of DRL.
DRL are used as a trigger to identify those facilities using unusually high doses1) and to help avoid
radiation dose to the patient that does not contribute to the clinical purpose2).
To achieve the DRL purpose of,it is important to properly understand and operate correctly the DRL.
In this paper describes about the commentary and future prospects of the DRL.
