肝疾患におけるStrain Elastographyの改良

肝腫瘤性病変およびびまん性肝疾患に対しStrain Elastographyの有用性を検討した。びまん性肝疾患の評価において、新しいStrain Elastographyの mapを作製し有効性が確認された。今回の改良は、Strain Elastographyの客観性を向上させ本手法の有用性を拡大したと考えられた。
The usefulness of Strain Elastography was examined to a liver tumor and chronic liver disease. New Strain Elastography map was useful to evaluation of chronic liver disease. This improvement raised the objectivity of Strain Elastography and expanded the usefulness of this technique.
