ベンダー変更を伴う大型PACSシステムの更新と今後の展望

2001年より運用を開始した当院の放射線画像管理システムは、2017年2月に3度目となるシステム更新を
実施した。また、過去2回のシステム更新は同ベンダーにて行われたが、今回は“ベンダー変更”という当院の
放射線画像管理システムにとっても大きな岐路に立ち、その経験と今後の展望についてまとめる。
The Picture Archiving and Communication System of our hospital, which began operation in 2001, performed the third system update in February 2017. In addition, although the system update of the past two times was done by the same vendor, this time, it is a big crossroad for our Picture Archiving and Communication System called “vendor change” and summarizes its experience and future prospects.
