造影マンモグラフィ

造影マンモグラフィは、造影剤を併用して撮影するマンモグラフィであり、従来型のマンモグラフィ
に比して良好な診断能を有している。造影剤を併用する検査であるため、安全性が重視されるいわゆる
住民検診では使用されていないが、高濃度乳腺を持つ被験者を対象とした検診や、乳癌罹患リスクが高
い被験者に対するサーベイランスなどで有用な可能性が高い画像診断方法である。
Contrast enhanced spectral mammography is an advanced techniqueof screening breasts.
It has superior accuracy to conventional mammography in both regard to sensitivity and
specificity. In this journal, we will introduce the situation in which the use of contrast
en hanced spectral mammography is recommended.
