検診マンモグラフィの読影に
モニタ診断を導入して変わったこと

横浜市は二次読影にモニタを導入した。多施設、多種のMMG機種の画像であるため、ピクセル等倍など正しい
手順での読影が重要であった。勉強会を開催することで、読影医によるばらつきを改善できた。読影に要する時間
はやや長いが、フィルムが不要で、症例の集積、分析も容易となった。
Yokohama city has introduced soft-copy reading for digital mammography screening since 2014.
Although time needed for image interpretation has prolonged with digital mammography compared
with screen-film mammography, recall rate did not show significant difference. Transportation and
storage cost significantly decreased with digital mammography.
