当院における補足的3D作成のためのプロトコルの紹介

MDCTやワークステーションの高性能化に伴い、CTシステムは三次元画像(以下3D画像)による臨床支援への
役割も大きくなってきている。しかし、3D画像作成を最終目的としてしまうと元画像の診断能を劣化させるだけで
なく、被ばく線量や造影剤注入量の増加というデメリットを発生させる原因になりうる。今回、当院で実施している
診断の補助的役割としての3D画像作成プロトコルについてご紹介させていただく。
Workstation and MDCT has achieve high-performance. Now the three dimensional image play an
important role for the clinical support. However, if it is the final purpose of creating three-dimensional
images, may deteriorate the Axial images. In addition, there is also a possibility to increase the contrast
agent injection and the amount of exposure dose. I want to introduce a three-dimensional image
created protocol for the purpose of an auxiliary role of diagnosis.
